*Do your collars and leashes stretch?
While our collars and leashes are made with inner tube rubber, we use a non-stretch fabric that is sewn onto the top. The result is a collar and leash that is close to 100% non-stretch.
*Are your products latex free?
Our products are latex free. They are made from butyl rubber (inner tubes) and Nylon (top fabric). Natural rubber latex should not be confused with synthetic rubber butyl, which poses no hazard to latex-sensitive individuals.
*Where are your products made?
All of our products are made by hand in the USA, in Portland Oregon. Because each item is handmade, there will be slight variations as each one is unique.
*Are your products gauranteed?
We gaurantee all Cycle Dog products for defects in hardware or workmanship.
*What is your policy on chewing?
We've found that most dogs don't prefer the taste of inner tube. However some dogs will chew anything if it is left within reach unattended. Cycle Dog does not gaurantee product against chewing. We recommend supervised play with all of our product.
*Are Cycle Dog products tie out approved?
Although Cycle Dog product is extremely strong, the force a dog can put on a collar or leash in a tie out situation is extremely unpredictable. We do not recommend our product for tie out and will not warranty a product that has been destroyed due to tie out.
*How long does it take to receive an order?
All Cycle Dog products are handmade and will be ready to ship within 2 days of order receipt. Most will ship within 24 hours of your order.
*What are your delivery methods?
We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail for all orders.

*What is your return policy?
Unused items may be returned within 30 days. There is a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To get an RA number, email us at info@cycledog.com or call at 503-318-8066.
*Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We use USPS International Priority Mail. When possible we try to ship in a small flat rate box which to most countries cost around $13 and takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Depending on what you've ordered, if your shipping cost calculates higher, we may refund a portion of your shipping if we can fit it in the smaller box.
